Need some homemade baby food recipes for my 10month old son?
If you are eating healthy, your son can eat whatever you eat. If you tend to skip on veggies or something, at least make it for him with your meals. He can eat whatever you are eating.
eta: Babies don’t need a mouthful of teeth to eat regular foods. My son has been eating what we eat since 7 months and I never cut up or mashed anything.
Hot dogs are a choking hazards and of course steak is hard to chew but every thing else is game. Soft cooked veggies, chicken, pasta, anything…
