Good processor for homemade baby food?

My little one is almost 6 months old and I’m planning on making her baby food myself. I’m curious what food processors or food mills out there are good and worth purchasing. I’m not looking to spend a lot or have something really huge as there’s not a ton of space for storage. Target has a mini food processor for about $21 that looked good by Black and Decker but it got really low ratings when I looked on Amazon. Any ideas?

Im planning on using my Magic Bullet. But I read in baby food cookbooks that a regular blender would work just fine.
You don’t need a food processor, really. You can put steamed or soft foods in a ziploc bag and then just mash over it with a spoon or rolling pin. If you really think you need something then any old processor or blender(this is what I used) will do, you don’t need anything fancy.
My magic bullet was great for this, you can adjust how lumpy or smooth the food is as he or she grows.
The Kidco baby food mill has been around for about 20 years and is a better choice than a food processor. No batteries, no electricity, portable. $11 at Amazon.com, but I do know it’s sold at Babies R Us. Another option is a hand blender, although it doesn’t handle meat as nicely. If you only want to make small quantities fresh every time, these are your best options.
For larger amounts, just use your blender. Works better than those miniprocessors which just tear stuff into chunks.
I’m glad to hear from others about the Magic Bullet. We’ve been looking for something for my Uncle who is having many of his teeth removed for dentures. He’s into gadgets and a blender is just too ho hum for him.
As a historical FYI, my late grandmother told me that making pureed baby food was the primary selling point of blenders when they came out in the 30s.
Hi Hun, I have a stick blender I just picked up from my local grocery store, it was like $10 lol, and it small and easy to clean and gets the job done. I boil/steam his food, put it in a jug, and blend away! only takes about 30 seconds to make puree
Once bub is on more lumpier foods, you can just run a whisk or a fork through the steamed food
That is a link to one like mine
