Healthy eating and weight gain!?
Ok, my husband and I eat terrible, but the two are quite finished (I have about 5 kg, even after the loss a baby, my husband is great and your metabolism in the form of crazy) Anyway, I was older than my son Power Gerber Graduate meals and the like, to ensure that you are getting all the nutrients you need. Now it is time for the food table and I felt the need to eat healthier starts! (It should inculcate Habits of young people in them!) Also bought potatoes instead of carrot sticks and chicken fingers blown. I even bought the Deli and Sandwich Class processed! I changed from white to wheat bread (whole). Instead of burgers, I made my husband eat grilled tuna with great reluctance. This is only a week, but I gained 3 pounds! As is that possible? I'm still drinking in my reality and do more exercise if I Do not Feel Like eat more? Is that possible?

I have made my own baby food from steamed foods grown into a mini-processor. You may have extra weight of water as carbohydrates. Or perhaps you have a little fat (butter on bread) or some larger portions? Probably not fat, only liquid food or undigested. If you eat less fiber and are now more food (bread) The fiber acts like a dam "in the large intestine. Keep food high fiber food, perhaps a plasticizer, such as milk of magnesia capsules and see if that helps.
