Make Baby Food Applesauce

How and when to add flavor to food for babies?

I went to eat my breakfast this morning seven months and I realized I bought applesauce with cinnamon instead of the plain. I gave it to her and she loved it. I never seen enjoying a meal quite so much. In general, do all our own baby food, I wonder when and how to add spice and flavorings? I would like to see eat more things with this great enthusiasm!

Anytime. There is no reason children can not eat condiments. (You do not want to give Chile habenero, and go easy on salt and sugar, but herbs and spices are great.)
