Does anyone have a corporate address for Bed Bath and Beyond?

Does anyone know the address to Corporate Bed Bath and Beyond?
I have a letter to send, detailing a refund of over $100 that I’ve been waiting for now for over a year. After repeated attempts calling customer service, I have spent hours on the phone explaining my situation. They promise to “research” and then get back to me, and never do. So I’m hopeful someone knows of an address that I could send my letter to? Thanks!

I too am having trouble finding a definite address, but I have a couple of other suggestions based on my experience working for a dot-com:

Did you pay via credit card? If so, do a charge-back through your card company.

Otherwise, I would say ‘enough is enough’ if it’s been that long and you’ve had repeated failures on their part to resolve the issue…contact the Better Business Bureau. (us.bbb.org) There is a link right on the front page to ‘file a complaint’. Whether they are a member or not, businesses tend to move a little faster when the BBB is involved.
