What do you think of juicing and what is said about it’s benefits?
I have a juicer by Krups. Is it any good? It juices, but sometimes it does it with some difficulty with certain fruits.
Juicing gives you the nutrients in a pure form.
You can juice anything…greens, vegetables, wheat, …anything firmish.
You cannot juice citrus and mushy stuff like tomatos, berries and bananas too well…they need separate process…to be blended with liquid added.
vegetable and fruit juices are great…beets, carrots, apples, pears, even spinach and lettuce…
Its healthy so go for it…My favourite was celery and apple..with carrot
