Does anyone know about the CHAMPION JUICER?
I have a cookbook that calls for using the champion juicer with the solid plate. I don’t have the champion juicer but do have a omega juicer. I don’t know what a solid plate is and wanted to know if I could use my omega juicer to still get the same result of the champion juicer that has the solid plate. If not what other product could I use to get the result of the solid plate that is used with the champion juicer. I am trying to make recipes from LIVING IN THE RAW COOKBOOK
I had a champion juicer and there were three ways, Use without a plate, use the screen, or use the solid plate. But I can’t remember, what was for what, you could put ice cubes in the machine and it would make very fine ice like for a snow cone , I think that is when you but the solid plate in, it covered the hole that expelled the pulp.Maybe if you could tell me what you are trying to make I could figure it out. I think I’ve had every kitchen toy known to the world ..I think by putting the solid plate on means you are not going to separate the pulp from the juice it will be” pureed “
