Everyone knows decent smoothie recipes?
I recently bought a small mixer thing (Asda £ 3.97 for all that British). I wondered if anyone knew of a simple smoothie recipes you have tried and tested, both dairy and non dairy. Thank you in advance. 10 points to win for best flavor combined with the ease of doing: P
I do not drink milk shakes most days, I can add protein powder to mine, but I do recommend it if you do not need. I can buy the flash frozen fruit in supermarkets. It is in the department of frozen products and in this case, no need to add ice water to the dough. My favorite is Raspberry fishing. Add a handful of peaches and a handful of raspberries in the blender, covered with fruit juice, apple I use for the sweet taste, the power of the fruit. Then just mix and enjoy. This just in natural sugars and low sugar apple juice fruit. You can use any type of fruit for them. Mango Peach Blackberry Raspberry Blueberry Strawberry, Strawberry Banana (using sweet banana), strawberry, etc. .. Good luck, I hope that these two lovers like me!
