Making a Carrot souffle (casserole) – food processer questions?

Hello, for thanksgiving I am going to be making a carrot souffle for my family like the one you eat at restaurants or cafeterias. I am looking at this recipe:

People are telling me that I should use a food processer to make the carrots best for the dish. I was looking at Cuisinart’s food processer prices and they are just really expensive for me. I am looking online on Walmart.com and I found this food processer:

For the price, is it worth it to buy? It’s got a lot of stars on it so hopefully that would be a hint for “yeah, buy it”. And if you all have ever had experience with making carrot souffle or something similar, give me tips please? :)

that recipe looks awesome, I may try it myself.
The Food processor you have up the looks like it would do the trick. I had to check the one I have to be sure you are not getting that brand. I will never do business with them again ( Black and Decker )
Any product I have ever had from Hamilton Beach, if there is a problem , customer service takes care of it…if you seldom use one, why not go cheaper.
