I’d like to start cooking more, but I don’t want to spend a lot of time with prep work, such as chopping up vegetables. So, I decided to buy the Cuisinart 14-cup food processor based in large part on the fact that the packaging says that you can put whole vegetables in the machine without pre-cutting them to fit in the chute. I know that it all depends on the recipe, but I’m wondering if the food processor will generally cut down that much time in food prep for me. Would I be better off getting a Vidalia Chop Wizard? I probably won’t be using the food processor for much other than chopping things up. Thanks.
