Are nylon-coated beaters and dough hooks better than burnished-metal ones?
I’m considering buying a KitchenAid mixer, but I want to make sure I buy the right one. A more expensive model I’m considering comes with a nylon-coated beater and dough hook, while the less expensive model come with burnished-metal attachments. I’ve read reviews on-line about how the nylon-coated attachments lose their coating after some time and use. Which would you recommend?
no. Metal ones are better.
