Can I use my hamilton beach blender to make purees?
I want to make stuff like tomato puree/salsa sauce, coconut milk in my blender.
can I do it? or will I need a food processor?
The blender will work just fine. You don’t need a food processor. Just do not fill the blender all the way to the top while you puree since the blades are down at the bottom and the blender has height unlike a food processor that has width. Just work in batches.
Food processor do work better for certain things but making purees – blenders work just fine.
