There are a lot of poor reviews for the Healthsmart:
I’ve wanted a dehydrator for a while, but I’d say a food processor or stand mixer would be more versatile so if you don’t have one of those yet, get them first. Kitchenaid makes the best stand mixer and cuisinart makes a really good food processor.
