kitchenaid mixer quesiton?!?!?
im making meatloaf tonight for supper and i was wanting to know if i could put two and a half pounds of hamburger meat in my kitchenaid mixer. will it mess up the mixer and what mixing accessory should i use to mix the ingredients together. be descriptive because i dont know what the accessories are called. but i know what they look like. thanks. i need answers soon because im cooking now.
I would use the dough hook accessory. Make up bread mixture and add the meat about half a pound at a time as you mix. Good luck.
