I’ve seen this happen when the machine was overloaded and run for a long time.
First, try tapping sharply with a wood or plastic utencil or mallot. Also try tapping in a rotational direction opposite to normal rotation.
If that doesn’t work, apply heat with a hair dryer and try again.
