Bobby Flay Problems

SMOKE help whenever I cook?
I just received a Bobby Flay ™ 10 1/2-in. Cast iron grill pan and I'm having too many problems smoke when they cook i. Here's how I cook a chicken Brest cook a game 7 in 10 and let the pan heat chicken breast butterfly 2 after the season 3 onwards, 3min flip, flip to 3 minutes, flip 1min, 1min 4 chicken breasts and let stand 5 minutes to eat the chicken out so well. Chicken restaurants who knows, but somewhere along this process of my apt. have been smoke and my smoke detector goes off. I tried once but had to leave the burgers apt. therefore smoke but it went well. Any help is appreciated
The heat is too high, cast-iron pans retain more heat as pots regularly and does not take much heat the stove to keep warm. Place setting 5, add a little butter, it can also be a test the temperature of the pot, if the brown butter is too hot. golden butter is horrible, but the best thing to do is not have the courage so high, the melt is one of the best things to cook, if not so hot. It would not hurt to open a window while you're warming the pot. Good luck.
