food processing to buy?

I'm looking for KitchenAid 12-cup, but I read the comments that escapes injury with liquids, Wolfgang Puck is also looking ads, but we have many broken units in some way, the disc Farberware seems a terrible lot, wondering if the same … I do not need to knead, I want a machine that has plenty of power to shred the cheese and bread crumbs, and liquid things (eggs, etc.) of crushed ice and perhaps at least not to cut things, even without maceration, like the function adjustable crossover. please – I gotta make a decision today …. Am I can give their experience and advice?
