Unique Minneapolis Restaurant?

I’m looking for a unique restaurant in Minneapolis for a Valentines Day dinner that has a modern/contemporary setting like that of Wolfgang Puck or Cosmos, but a little less spendy ($30 avg. entree max).

Any suggestions would help.

Not sure of the price but a couple I know loves the restaurant in Graves 601 downtown.

Otherwise in Uptown I’ve heard Stella’s and Figlio’s are good
