wolfgang puck stainless steel pans always sticking?

I have a set of wolfgang puck pots and pans and for some reason my pans always stick…..no matter what I used no stick spray…butter….oil….they always stick any suggestions? and how do you get the burnt on mess off? I have used the baking soda and boiling water method before but its a long process so any other tips would be awesome! Thank you!!!
ugh this is aggervating me…..tonight I was making orange chicken…..couple table spoons of oil in the pan….preheated….added the chicken and guess what all of it stuck to the bottom of the pan within seconds! maybe I have a defective set but I am sooo disappointed as this is a very expensive set!!! I made the mistake of throwing out all my old cookware when I purchased this I wish I would of kept it cause everything I cook now comes out horribly wrong…..someone please help!!!

Number one rule for heating stainless steel pans: Put the cooking oil in the pan, turn the heat on, med high, when the oil “JUST” starts to smoke, then it’s ready to cook.
To remove the “burnt mess” off, boil white vineagar in the pan for a few min, then use the baking soda to scrub.
